Therapeutic bodywork at the Florida School of Massage

Bodywork can take many forms, and in my practice I strive to meet each individual where they are in the moment. We will begin each session by assessing your needs together to see what would feel most beneficial to you in the time that we have. With the intent to bring balance and greater ease into the body, I may use a range of techniques. A session can include Neuromuscular Therapy, Connective Tissue Therapy, and Polarity Therapy, depending on a person’s needs.

My practice is inclusive of people of all ages, sizes, abilities, backgrounds, sexual orientations, gender identities, and gender expressions.

Current COVID-19 Precautions (updated August 20, 2021):

Due to the current spike in COVID-19 infections, I have temporarily suspended my massage practice.

I will resume seeing clients when the Alachua and Marion county hospital capacity challenges have been mitigated. I am fully vaccinated, as are many of my clients, but that doesn’t offer reliable protection from asymptomatic transmission. That’s a real problem while our local hospitals are challenged and we still have so many unvaccinated folks in the community. I’m sorry, and am hopeful that we will see a fast recovery of hospital capacity.
